On October 6, 2026, Adastra, a global AI and data consulting group majority-owned by Carlyle, acquired Infinite Services, a 100-person Polish data and AI consultancy with teams in Poland, India, and the Philippines. The acquisition strengthens Adastra’s presence in Poland, one of its key growth markets, and expands its global delivery network across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Infinite Services brings Snowflake Premier Partner status and was named Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud Partner of the Year for Central & Eastern Europe in 2025. The deal will deepen Adastra’s Snowflake capabilities and integrate Infinite’s India team into Adastra’s Pune operations while establishing a new location in the Philippines.
Adastra’s 2,200+ professionals and its client base across financial services, manufacturing, media, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals will gain expanded Polish market expertise and enhanced Snowflake delivery capacity. Infinite Services’ 100 employees join Adastra’s global organization, with leadership remaining in place under CEO Grażyna Zyszczak.
The acquisition also affects the Snowflake partner ecosystem, as the combined entity now holds stronger credentials and scale in Central and Eastern Europe.
Post-integration, observe how Adastra leverages Infinite Services’ Snowflake expertise to win larger platform deals and whether additional acquisitions follow to fill gaps in other geographies or technology stacks. SDRs selling integration, onboarding, or data-tooling solutions should monitor Adastra’s expanded Polish operations for potential procurement needs.
