Hyundai Engineering and UGT Renewables signed a EUR 900M agreement with Serbia to develop a 1.2 GW solar project, including 200 MW of battery storage. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with completion transferring assets to Serbia’s state-owned utility Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS).
