Solen Software Group, a long-term investor and operator of enterprise software businesses, acquired Cooperative Technologies, Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of annuity and life insurance replacement software. Cooperative’s products automate Section 1035 exchanges, manage replacement data, and reconcile billing for over 110 insurance carriers, including 19 of North America’s 20 largest annuity providers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Cooperative Technologies’ existing customer base of 110+ insurance carriers and broker-dealers will continue to operate as usual under the new ownership.
