LIMPID Corp., the AI pet healthcare company behind Kinfora, acquired PetPeotalk, a vision-AI company specializing in pet behavior analysis. PetPeotalk’s founder, Ryan Kwon, joined LIMPID as Chief Technology Officer. The acquisition integrates PetPeotalk’s AI-driven behavior-monitoring technology with LIMPID’s veterinary nutrition expertise.
The acquisition impacts PetPeotalk’s 2,400 paid subscribers and 120,000 registered users, who will now access enhanced services through Kinfora. LIMPID’s existing customer base, including users of its Saladpet app and Trusty Food brands, will also benefit from the integrated platform.
