Focus Group, a UK-based managed services provider, has acquired Prime Networks, an IT managed service provider headquartered in London with offices in Bournemouth, Tamworth, and Tewkesbury. Prime Networks supports approximately 500 SME customers through the Halo PSA platform, delivering IT support, security, and managed services.
Prime Networks' 500 SME customers will gain access to Focus Group's wider capabilities in AI, automation, and IT solutions, backed by local support. Focus Group's integration team and Prime Networks' staff will be involved in merging operations over the coming months.
Focus Group CEO Neil Hall stated that AI, IT, and cybersecurity now make up more than half of the company's offerings. The acquisition strengthens Focus Group's ability to support SME customers across the UK with connected, secure, and managed solutions.
Integration progress between Prime Networks and Focus Group, as Prime Networks will continue to operate as normal during the transition. Monitor how Focus Group leverages the acquisition to upsell cybersecurity and AI services to the new customer base.
